How to access the festival

Nendaz is a 30-minute drive from Sion. The station is accessible by public transport.

Take a train to Sion, then a post bus which takes you in 40 minutes to the departure of the cable cars. Consult timetables on www.cff.ch.

The festival is accessible by the Tracouet cable car in Haute-Nendaz. Access is not recommended for people with reduced mobility, as it takes place on the ski slopes. However, it is possible to see the concerts from the terrace of the Tracouet restaurant.

No, weekend tickets must be used by the same person.

What means of payment are accepted on site?

Only payments by credit cards and Twint are accepted on the festival site.

Are the tickets refundable?

The ticket purchase is final and tickets are non-refundable. In the event of closure of the area due to weather, a replacement date is offered or the ticket will be refunded in full.

I have a 4 Vallées or Printse season pass — am I entitled to a discount?

Annual pass holders of the 4 Vallées and Printse ski areas benefit from a discount on weekend tickets until March 31. Know more

When do the gondola lifts that provide access to the festival open?

The Haute-Nendaz and Siviez-Prarion gondola lifts are operating continuously from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Saturday and from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday.
